Our lakes community
There are two non-profit lakes organizations here in the neighborhood: the Mountain Lakes Club and the Groton Lakes Association. We encourage families to join both. To clarify the differences, we have included the following information.
Groton Lakes Association
The Groton Lakes Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the lakes of eastern Groton. You can volunteer to help with shoreline erosion solutions, be a weed watcher, monitor boats and trailers at the boat launch, and more. We congratulate them on many years of helping to keep our lakes healthy.

Groton Police Athletic League
Groton PAL was formed by Officers Kevin Henehan and Rachael Mead to provide the youth of Groton and Dunstable with the opportunity to participate in team and individual sports and activities in a safe, well-supervised environment. They aim to have one free activity a month, and will eventually look to start free athletic leagues for children of all ages.
